Is this your car? How to recognise the Hyundai Ioniq (Hybrid / Plug-in / Electric) Ioniq (2020–2022, AE facelift)

  • Refresh (Korea early 2019, Europe Sept 2019, North America late 2019 as the 2020 model): new front and rear bumpers and a redesigned daytime-light signature
  • Hybrid and Plug-in Hybrid keep the 2017–2019 headlight shape; the Electric has its own headlight shape, so its bumper and headlight kits are cut separately
  • Hybrid and Plug-in Hybrid have a mesh grille; the Electric has a patterned closed grille and its own front bumper
  • Hood, fenders, mirrors, doors, sills and roof are unchanged from the 2017–2019 car and shared across Hybrid, Plug-in and Electric
  • No front fog lamps
  • Front parking sensors on upper trims: choose the sensor options on bumper kits
  • Hybrid and Plug-in Hybrid front bumpers differ between North American and European / UK cars: choose the vehicle specification on bumper kits (the Electric bumper is the same everywhere)
  • Plug-in Hybrid has a charging door in the left front fender: choose the charging-door option on fender and full-body kits

Questions about this body

Which years does this cover?
2020 – 2022. Kits are matched to the body shape rather than the model year, so a car built around a changeover can be either body. Compare the pictures, or use Find my fit with the month and country your car was first sold.
Are sensor and camera cut-outs included?
Yes, when your car has them. On the kit page choose with or without front parking sensors and rear parking sensors, and the pieces are cut to match.
Do I need an installer?
No. Every piece is already cut, so no blade touches your paint: wet the panel, slide the labelled piece into place and squeegee the water out. If it is your first time, a small kit such as the rocker panels is a good place to start. Read the installation guide.
Can I get it in matte or a colour?
Yes. Every kit is cut in clear gloss by default, or in matte, or in one of 10 colour films (headlamps and other lamps always stay clear).
How long does it take to arrive?
Kits are cut to order and dispatched within 2 to 4 business days; tracked delivery takes about 5 to 14 business days depending on where you are. Shipping is free in Canada. Shipping and returns.
Which cars do these kits not fit?
2017–2019 Ioniq (slatted or plain closed grille, earlier bumpers). Ioniq 5 and Ioniq 6 (different cars).
