- Why do you ask for my body generation instead of my model year?
- Carmakers change bumpers, lights and hoods mid-cycle, and they roll those changes out at different times in different regions. A 2023 Model 3 sold in Europe or China might be the Highland body while a 2023 car in North America is the earlier body. Filing templates by body generation, and asking you to confirm from a picture, is the only way to guarantee the pattern matches the car.
- What if I pick the wrong body?
- Use the pictures and the identifying features on each card. If you are still unsure, use Find my fit or send us a photo of the front of your car through the contact page and we will confirm before you order.
- Does the trim matter?
- Most panels are the same across trims. Where a Performance trim uses a different bumper we list a separate kit and mark which trims each kit fits.
- What film do you use?
- Premium 8 mil self-healing polyurethane film with a hydrophobic top coat, available in clear gloss, matte or ten colours. Light scratches can disappear with warmth from the sun.
- How long does it take?
- Kits are cut to order and ship within 2 to 4 business days. International delivery typically takes 5 to 14 business days with tracking.
- Can I install it myself?
- Yes. Every piece is pre-cut for your car and follows the same wet-application process: wet the panel and film, align the numbered piece, then squeegee out the water. No blade or installer appointment is needed. Follow the map included with your kit.
- Do you ship worldwide?
- Shipping is free anywhere in Canada. We also ship worldwide for a flat tracked rate; import duties or taxes, where applicable, are collected by the carrier on delivery.
- Can I change or remove the colour later?
- Yes. Order the same panels in a new colour or clear, then follow our removal guide before applying the new pieces. Sound factory paint usually releases film with gentle heat; repainted or repaired paint may be weaker, so test an edge first and stop if paint lifts.
- Can I get the film in a colour?
- Yes. Every painted panel can be cut in one of ten colour films at 1.3 times the clear-gloss price, or in matte. Headlamps and fog lamps are always cut in clear film so the lights stay legal and bright.
- What is your return policy?
- Kits are cut specifically for your order, so we cannot accept returns of opened film. If a piece arrives damaged or does not match the body you selected, contact us within 14 days and we will recut it.
