Clear PPF is a tough, self-healing film that takes the everyday damage while your original colour stays on show. Each piece is pre-cut for your car and ready for you to wet-apply at home.

What it protects against

  • Stone chips

    Gravel thrown up on the highway hits the film, not your paint.

  • Scratches and scuffs

    The self-healing top coat lets light scratches fade with warmth from the sun.

    Acidic marks sit on the film and wipe off instead of etching the clear coat.

  • Road salt and grime

    Winter salt, sand and slush wear the film, so the paint underneath stays factory fresh.

  • 8 mil (0.2 mm) polyurethane: thick enough to take stone chips
  • Self-healing top coat: light scratches fade with warmth from the sun
  • Hydrophobic surface that sheds water and dirt
  • Headlamps and fog lamps are always cut in clear

Clear gloss Standard

Keeps the shine of factory paint. The right choice for almost every car.

Matte

Turns gloss paint satin, or protects paint that is already matte. A small extra charge per kit.

Common questions

Will I see the film?
Clear gloss lets your factory colour show through, so from normal viewing distance the car simply looks like your car. Up close you can find the film edges, which follow the panel shapes.
Can I really apply it myself?
Yes. Every piece is already cut, so there is no blade near your paint. Wet the panel and the film, slide the labelled piece into place, then squeegee the water out. Read the installation guide.
What if a piece arrives damaged or does not fit?
Contact us within 14 days. If a piece arrives damaged or does not match the body you selected, we recut it.
Can I take it off later?
Yes. Sound factory paint usually releases film with gentle heat when the removal guide is followed. Repainted or repaired paint may be weaker, so test an edge first.
