Terms of Sale

Our kits are organised by body generation, not model year, because carmakers change bumpers, lights and hoods mid-cycle and at different times in different countries. You choose the body generation, the vehicle specification and the options (such as sensors, cameras or trim) that match your car. The pictures and notes on each body page help you choose. If you are unsure, contact us before you order and we will help you confirm it.

Kutfit is not affiliated with any vehicle manufacturer. Brand and model names are used only to describe fitment.

Your order is accepted when your payment is confirmed and we email your order confirmation. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if we cannot fulfil it, for example because of an obvious pricing error or a pattern we cannot cut; we will tell you if that happens.

Prices are set in Canadian dollars and you are charged in Canadian dollars. Prices shown in other currencies are estimates; your bank or card issuer converts the charge at its own rate. Promotion codes are subject to the conditions shown with each code, such as a minimum order or an expiry date.

We cut every kit, and film sold by the metre, after you order, and dispatch it within 2 to 4 business days. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us straight away: if your kit has not been cut yet, we will change it or cancel and refund it in full. Once it has been cut, we cannot cancel the order.

Shipping rates, delivery times, taxes and duties are explained on our Shipping & returns page and are shown at checkout before you pay. For deliveries outside Canada, import duties and local taxes are not included and the carrier may collect them on delivery.

Because each kit is cut for the body generation and options you selected, kits and film cut by the metre cannot be returned or exchanged once cut, including when the selection turns out not to match your car. If a piece arrives damaged or defective, or a kit does not match the body generation and options you selected, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we will recut or replace it at no charge.

Kits are made for you to install yourself. Results depend on surface preparation, technique and the condition of your paint, so read our installation guide before you start. Apply the film only to clean, undamaged, fully cured paint. Like any paint protection film, it reduces damage from stone chips and light scratches but cannot prevent every impact.

We are not responsible for pieces damaged during installation, for damage caused by tools or blades used on the car, or for paint that lifts when film is removed from repainted or poorly bonded paint.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them, and they do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without taking away any protection the law of your own country gives you. We may update these terms; the version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
