How to recognise this generation

Hexagonal grille with a thick body-colour surround; one grille and one headlight pattern fit every trim, including TRD Pro
Squared-off headlights, fog lamps in the lower corners on most trims
TRD Off-Road has its own front bumper, hood & fender and rocker patterns
SR (and some SR5) trucks have no fender flares; the other trims do, which changes the bumper, fender, sill and quarter patterns: choose the flare option
TRD Sport and TRD Pro have a hood scoop: choose the scooped hood on hood kits
Rear parking sonar on Limited / TRD Pro (optional elsewhere), no factory front sensors: choose the rear-sensor option on rear bumper kits
