Hyundai Ioniq 5: which body do you have?
Compare your car with the pictures. The year you bought it is only a hint, because bodies changed at different times in different regions.
Ioniq 5 (2022–2024, NE)
2022 – 2024
- Pixel-pattern daytime lights in square headlights
- Large clamshell hood covering the fender tops
- No rear wiper on ordinary pre-facelift cars (the Ioniq 5 N has one)
- Rear parking sensors on every trim (rear kits always include the cut-outs); front parking sensors only on upper trims (e.g. SEL / Limited, Preferred with Ultimate package): choose the front-sensor option to match your car
- Vision glass roof optional (Ultimate package): choose it on the roof and full-body kits
- Ioniq 5 N is a much wider body with its own bumpers and rear wing
Ioniq 5 (2025+, NE facelift)
2025 onwards
- Restyled front and rear bumpers with reshaped corner intakes, rear wiper added on every trim (the N already had one), longer rear spoiler
- Same pixel headlights and clamshell hood; Vision glass roof still optional (choose it on roof kits)
- Front and rear parking sensors standard on every 2025+ trim; XRT, Limited and Ultimate add front-side and rear-side sensors: choose the sensor layout on bumper kits
- XRT has its own front and rear fascias, cladding and side sills; N Line has its own bumpers and sills; Ioniq 5 N keeps its wide body
