How to recognise this generation

European, UK and Asian cars have their own front bumper pattern: choose the vehicle specification
Slim headlights with arrow-shaped daytime lights
Reshaped bumpers front and rear
Kidney grille outline can be illuminated
Sport (no package) has its own front bumper, rear bumper, side skirts and door / quarter pattern; M Sport keeps the larger lower intakes
M60i shares the M Sport bumpers and side skirts but has its own hood, fender and M mirror-cap pattern
Plug-in hybrid versions (xDrive50e) have a charging flap in the front left fender: choose the charging-door option on hood / fender kits

Front

Clear gloss. Diagram shows coverage and finish; actual cut lines depend on your vehicle.

What is covered

Stone chips
Gravel thrown up on the highway hits the film, not your paint.
Scratches and scuffs
The self-healing top coat lets light scratches fade with warmth from the sun.
Bugs and bird droppings
Acidic marks sit on the film and wipe off instead of etching the clear coat.
Road salt and grime
Winter salt, sand and slush wear the film, so the paint underneath stays factory fresh.
