Compare your car with the pictures. The year you bought it is only a hint, because bodies changed at different times in different regions.
Q5 (2018–2020, FY)
2018 – 2020
- European and UK cars have their own front bumper pattern: choose the vehicle specification
- Octagonal single-frame grille with a chrome frame and horizontal bars; angular headlights
- Cars with the S line exterior package and the SQ5 share bumper, side-sill and side-panel patterns; the SQ5 and S line have the same bumpers
- Cars without the S line package (US Premium / Premium Plus / Prestige without the package, Canadian Komfort / Progressiv / Technik) have their own bumpers, sills and side panels
- Q5 55 TFSI e plug-in hybrid (2020) has a charging door in the left rear quarter panel: choose the charging-door option on side and full-body kits
- Parking sensors, fog lamps and the roof type (solid, sunroof, panoramic) change the cut-outs: choose them on the kits that carry them
- Not covered: Q5L (China, long wheelbase)
Q5 (2021–2025, FY facelift)
2021 – 2025
- Latin American cars have their own rear bumper pattern: choose the vehicle specification
- Wider, flatter single-frame grille; slimmer headlights; new front and rear bumpers with larger side intakes; the 2025 Previous Generation cars are the same body
- Cars with the S line package, the SQ5 and the Q5 plug-in hybrid share bumper and side-panel patterns
- Cars without the S line package have their own front and rear bumpers and side panels; hood, headlights and sills are shared
- Q5 Sportback (2021+) is a different body: sloping roof, its own rear doors, quarters and hatch
- Q5 55 TFSI e plug-in hybrid has a charging door in the left rear quarter panel: choose the charging-door option on side and full-body kits
- Headlamp washers, parking sensors, fog lamps, the roof type and the S line upper trunk spoiler change the cut: choose them on the kits that carry them
- Not covered: Q5 Sportback (different body)

Q5 (2025+, third generation)
2025 onwards
- UK cars have their own hood and fender pattern: choose the vehicle specification
- All-new body: larger single-frame grille with a vertical-slat insert, sculpted slim headlights, vertical air curtains at the bumper corners above a wide lower air intake, and a full-width rear light strip
- The S line package (and the SQ5) is an option on one body: choose the S line front bumper on bumper, hood and full-front kits; the rear bumper kit is cut for the S line package
- Hood, fenders, sills, side panels and roof are the same on every trim
- Q5 Sportback is a different body
- Q5 e-hybrid plug-in has a charging door in the left rear quarter panel: choose the charging-door option on side and full-body kits
- Panoramic glass roof is optional: choose the roof type on roof and full-body kits
- Not covered: Q5 Sportback (different body)

Audi Q5 PPF kits by body
We cut DIY pre-cut paint protection film for 3 Audi Q5 bodies. A new body starts wherever the panels change shape, such as a facelift with a new bumper or lights, so a kit always matches the car it was cut for.
