How to recognise this generation
  • European-market supermini, not sold in North America: Polo facelift with a reshaped bumper and a light bar across the grille (from late 2021)
  • Edition 50, Energy, Life and Style share one pattern set; the GTI and the R-Line each have their own front bumper and sills
  • Front bumper changes with the parking-sensor package and with headlamp washers; the rear bumper changes with rear sensors: choose the sensor and washer options
  • Fog lamps on some trims; blank inserts on the others: choose the fog option
