Toyota Yaris: which body do you have?
Compare your car with the pictures. The year you bought it is only a hint, because bodies changed at different times in different regions.
Yaris (2017 – 2019, XP130 facelift)
2017 – 2019
- European-built third-generation Yaris five-door hatchback after its 2017 restyle; also sold in the US and Canada as the 2018 – 2019 Yaris Hatchback
- Recognise it by the wide lower intake and the swept-back headlights of the restyled front end; the hybrid shares the same panels
- One pattern set fits every trim (Active, Icon, Excel, Sport)
- Fog lamps on upper trims; Active has blank inserts: choose the fog option
- No parking sensors are listed for the cut, so there is no sensor choice
- Not covered: Yaris 3-door (separate body style)
- Not covered: Earlier pre-2017 Yaris front end
- Not covered: GR Yaris (separate model)
Yaris (2020+, XP210)
2020 onwards
- European-market supermini, not sold in North America: the fourth-generation Yaris (TNGA-B platform), five-door hatchback only
- Recognise it by the slim headlights and the wide, low lower intake of the new front end
- Style and Style Plus have their own front bumper; GR Sport has its own front bumper
- Business, Comfort and Team Player share the main pattern set
- Choose the fog option: some bumpers carry fog-lamp trims with a painted grille, others a blank insert
- Choose the front parking-sensor option to match the bumper (with or without sensors)
- Not covered: Yaris 3-door
- Not covered: GR Yaris (separate model)
- Not covered: Earlier third-generation Yaris (separate body)
