How to recognise this generation
  • Tall trapezoid grille with horizontal bars
  • Slim swept-back headlights
  • Platinum has its own front bumper (grille surround shared)
  • XSE (2021+) has a mesh grille, its own front and rear bumpers, headlights and rocker panels; doors, hood and roof are shared
  • Front parking sensors vary by trim: choose the sensor option on bumper kits
  • Grand Highlander (2024+) is a different, larger body: not this kit
