How to recognise this generation
- Crosshair grille with the RAM name across the bar, set between angular headlights; fog lamps in the lower bumper
- Sold until the 2018 model year; the redesigned 2019+ truck is a separate body
- Laramie / Laramie Longhorn, Limited and Power Wagon Laramie have their own headlamp pattern; Limited and Power Wagon Laramie also have their own sills
- Optional fender flares change the sill patterns: choose the flare option
- Front and rear parking sensors on some trucks, and fog lamp bezels or blanks in the bumper: choose these on bumper kits
- Regular, Crew or Mega Cab: choose the cab on side, rocker, roof and full-body kits; choose clearance lamps, antenna shape and sunroof on roof kits
