How to recognise this generation
- Crosshair grille with the RAM name across the bar, set between angular headlights; fog lamps in the lower bumper
- Sold until the 2019 model year, then continued as the 1500 Classic (separate model)
- Harvest / Laramie, Knight / Sport, Limited and Laramie Longhorn / Rebel each have their own headlamp or grille pattern; Laramie Longhorn and Rebel also have their own bumper and hood
- Optional fender flares change the hood, bumper corner and sill patterns: choose the flare option
- Front and rear parking sensors on some trucks: choose both on bumper kits
- Regular Cab, Quad Cab or Crew Cab with 5ft 7in, 6ft 4in or 8ft beds: choose the cab on side, rocker, roof and full-body kits

Both rocker panels (sills) below the doors, the area most exposed to gravel thrown by the front wheels. Cut for the Longhorn / Rebel front bumper, hood, headlamps, grille and sills.
