Compare your car with the pictures. The year you bought it is only a hint, because bodies changed at different times in different regions.
Frontier (2009–2021, D40 refresh)
2009 – 2021
- Second-generation Frontier after the 2009 refresh: upright grille and angular headlamps, sold unchanged in North America until the 2022 truck
- One pattern set fits every trim: S, SV, PRO-4X, Desert Runner and Midnight Edition
- Fog lamps on SV and PRO-4X; S has blank inserts: choose the fog option
- Pick the cab: King Cab (rear-hinged half doors) or Crew Cab (four full doors); bed length does not change a kit
- No parking sensors were offered, so no sensor choice
- Not covered: Frontier 2022+ (D41, different body)
Frontier (2022–2024, D41)
2022 – 2024
- All-new Frontier: large squared grille with a V-motion frame, C-shaped lamps and a sculpted hood; Crew Cab only
- S and SV share the main pattern set; PRO-X and PRO-4X each have their own front bumper, hood & fenders and sills
- The Midnight Edition front bumper on S / SV has its own pattern: choose it on bumper kits
- Fog lamps on SV and upper trims; S has blank inserts: choose the fog option
- Roof: solid, or the power sunroof: choose the roof type
- Not covered: Frontier King Cab (not built on the 2022 truck)
- Not covered: Frontier 2025+ (refreshed front end, own body)
Frontier (2025+, D41 refresh)
2025 onwards
- The 2025 refresh brought a new grille, lamps and front bumper to the D41 Crew Cab
- SV and Dark Armor share the main pattern set; PRO-4X (and PRO-4X R), PRO-X and S each have their own front bumper
- PRO-4X and PRO-X also have their own hood & fenders and sills; PRO-4X lamps and grille differ from SV
- A front bumper with a license-plate cut-out is offered: choose it on bumper kits
- Fog lamps on upper trims; blank inserts on S: choose the fog option
- Roof: solid, or the power sunroof: choose the roof type
- Not covered: Frontier 2022–2024 (earlier front end)

We cut DIY pre-cut paint protection film for 3 Nissan Frontier bodies. A new body starts wherever the panels change shape, such as a facelift with a new bumper or lights, so a kit always matches the car it was cut for.
