Lexus NX: which body do you have?
Compare your car with the pictures. The year you bought it is only a hint, because bodies changed at different times in different regions.
NX (2018–2021, AZ10 refresh)
2018 – 2021
- Deep spindle grille with a chrome frame; angular headlights with arrow-shaped daytime lights below them (one lamp pattern fits every trim)
- The 2018 refresh brought new front and rear bumpers and a larger grille
- LED fog lamps on upper trims and packages; the base NX 300 has blank inserts: choose the fog option
- F Sport has a mesh grille and its own front bumper; the 2021 NX 300h F Sport Black Line has its own front and rear bumpers, hood & fender pattern and doors
- Rear bumper, sills and doors are shared by the NX 300 / 300h / F Sport
- Headlamp washers (covers in the bumper ahead of the lamps) on the NX 300h and on NX 300 packages in Canada (Lexus Canada 2020 specifications) and on European cars; many US cars have none: look at your bumper and choose the washer option on bumper kits
- Front and rear parking sensors on upper trims and packages: choose the sensor options
NX (2022+, AZ20)
2022 onwards
- Flatter, wider spindle grille; slim headlights with a check-mark daytime light (one lamp pattern fits every trim)
- Full-width rear light bar with LEXUS lettering across the hatch
- LED front fog lamps on every Canadian trim (Lexus Canada 2022 launch specifications); some US base cars have blank inserts: choose the fog option
- Headlamp cleaner covers in the bumper directly ahead of the lamps depend on market and headlamp package (standard on UK / European cars; in North America with the Premium Triple-Beam LED headlamps): look at your bumper and choose the washer option on bumper kits
- F Sport has a mesh grille, its own front bumper, hood & fender pattern, doors and sills; the rear bumper and roof are shared
- NX 450h+ plug-in hybrid has a charging door in the rear quarter panel: choose the charging-door option on side and full-body kits
- Front and rear parking sensors standard on most trims, rear only on the base NX 250: choose the sensor options
- The 2025 update changed the interior only; every body panel carries over

Lexus NX PPF kits by body
