2017 – 2018
- Previous-generation Forte sedan with a small grille and wide, swept-back headlights
- LX has its own hood; EX, S and SX share one pattern set
- Fog lamps on EX / SX; LX / S have blank inserts: choose the fog option
- Sedan only: the Forte5 hatchback is a different body

Forte sedan (2019–2021, BD)
2019 – 2021
- Third-generation Forte sedan with a wide tiger-nose grille and slim headlights
- LX, LXS, S, EX and GT share one pattern set (the GT has no separate bumper in these years)
- FE has its own front bumper
- Fog lamps on upper trims; base trims have blank inserts: choose the fog option
- Sedan only: the Forte5 hatchback is a different body
- Not covered: Forte5 hatchback (different rear body)
Forte sedan (2022–2024, BD refresh)
2022 – 2024
- Refreshed Forte sedan with a larger grille, sharper headlights and a reshaped lower intake
- LX and LXS share one pattern set
- GT and GT-Line have their own sportier front bumper (side sills are shared)
- Fog lamps on upper trims; base trims have blank inserts: choose the fog option
- Sedan only: the Forte5 hatchback is a different body
- Not covered: Forte5 hatchback (different rear body)
