Pilot (2023–2025, fourth generation)
2023 – 2025
- Boxy, truck-like nose with a tall grille
- Slim horizontal LED headlights; LED fog lamps on Sport and up
- TrailSport has orange accents and a unique bumper
Pilot (2026+, fourth gen refresh)
2026 onwards
- Larger grille and new front and rear scuff plates on every trim
- Same slim headlights and body as the 2023 car
- TrailSport has a new rear design and its own bumpers
