2017 – 2019
- Tenth-generation five-door hatch with a swept-wing grille bar, creased fenders and a large lower intake
- LX and EX have their own headlamp pattern; Sport and Sport Touring share the other
- Sport and Sport Touring have a center-exit dual exhaust and a different rear bumper from LX and EX
- Fog lamps on most trims; LX has blank inserts: choose the fog option
- Sunroof on EX and above: choose the sunroof option on roof and full-body kits
- Does not include the Type R, which has its own kits
- Not covered: Civic Type R (separate model)
Civic Hatchback (2020–2021, FK7 refresh)
2020 – 2021
- Restyled front bumper with a wider lower intake and a new grille; hood and fenders carry over
- LX and EX have their own headlamp pattern; Sport and Sport Touring share the other
- Sport and Sport Touring have a center-exit dual exhaust and a different rear bumper from LX and EX
- Fog lamps on most trims; LX has blank inserts: choose the fog option
- Sunroof on EX and above: choose the sunroof option on roof and full-body kits
- Does not include the Type R, which has its own kits

Civic Hatchback (2022–2024, FL1)
2022 – 2024
- Eleventh-generation hatch with a full-width honeycomb grille, slim headlights and a long, flat hood
- One pattern set fits LX, Sport, EX-L and Sport Touring
- Honda Performance Development (HPD) package parts are not part of the front bumper pattern
- Rear parking sensors on upper trims; LX and Sport have none: choose the rear-sensor option
- Fog lamps on Sport Touring and some trims; others have blank inserts: choose the fog option
- Does not include the Type R, which has its own kits
- Not covered: Civic Type R (separate model)
Civic Hatchback (2025+, FL1 refresh, hybrid)
2025 onwards
- Refreshed front end with a redesigned bumper and lower intake; sold as a hybrid in Sport and Sport Touring
- Sport Touring has its own front bumper; Sport has the standard one
- Underbody spoiler / aero kit changes the front bumper cut: choose the bumper option
- Front and rear parking sensors on some trims: choose the sensor options
- Fog lamps on some trims; others have blank inserts: choose the fog option
- Does not include the Type R, which has its own kits
- Not covered: Civic Type R (separate model)
