Sierra 1500 (2016–2019, K2XX, third generation)
2016 – 2018
- Wide chrome grille bar with the GMC badge in the middle, set between angular headlights; fog lamps in the lower bumper
- Sold new to the 2018 model year, then as the Sierra 1500 Limited (Sierra / SLE / SLT / Denali) until mid-2019
- One front bumper, hood, headlight and sill pattern for every trim; All Terrain and Denali have their own grille
- The Z71 package changes the grille cut: choose it on grille and full-front kits
- Front parking sensors (Park Assist) on some trucks: choose the sensor option on bumper kits
- Regular Cab, Double Cab or Crew Cab with 5 ft 8 in, 6½-ft or 8-ft beds: choose the cab on side, rocker, roof and full-body kits
- Not covered: 2019+ Sierra 1500 (new generation)

Sierra 1500 (2019–2022, T1XX, fourth generation)
2019 – 2022
- Wide headlights with a vertical daytime-light strip beside a tall grille; fog lamps in the lower bumper corners
- Sold as the 2019 to 2021 Sierra 1500, then as the Sierra 1500 Limited (Pro / SLE / SLT / Elevation / AT4 / Denali) alongside the 2022 refresh
- SLT, AT4 and Denali share one front bumper; Base, Pro, SLE and Elevation share another; Elevation also has its own grille
- One hood, fender, headlight and rear bumper pattern for every trim; the sill patterns differ by cab and bed
- Front and rear parking sensors (PDC) on some trucks: choose both on bumper kits; the Duramax diesel changes the front bumper opening
- Regular Cab, Double Cab or Crew Cab with 5 ft 8 in, 6½-ft or 8-ft beds: choose the cab on side, rocker, roof and full-body kits; crew cabs may have a sunroof or roof marker lamps
- Not covered: AT4X (2022+)

Sierra 1500 (2022+, T1XX refresh)
2022 onwards
- Redesigned face with slim headlights and C-shaped daytime lights, a taller grille and a new front bumper (2022 model year onwards)
- New front bumper, hood and grille compared with the 2019 to 2021 truck; the older design continued only as the 2022 Sierra 1500 Limited
- Pro, SLE and Elevation share one front bumper; SLT, AT4, AT4X and Denali each have their own
- Grille: Pro / SLE / Denali share one, SLT and AT4 another; Elevation and AT4X have their own; AT4X also has its own headlight and rear bumper patterns
- Front and rear parking sensors (PDC) on some trucks: choose both on bumper kits; the Duramax diesel changes the front bumper opening
- A front camera in the grille changes the grille cut: choose the camera option on grille and full-front kits
