How to recognise this generation
  • UK cars have their own hood and fender pattern: choose the vehicle specification
  • Large upright kidney grilles, slim headlights and a flat, curved-glass cabin
  • M Sport (xDrive28i) has larger front intakes, M side skirts and its own rear bumper; xLine has its own front and rear bumpers and side skirts
  • M35i has its own front and rear bumpers, hood and grille; its side skirts are the M Sport ones
  • xDrive28i Standard (no package, 2023–2024) has its own bumpers, hood and side skirts
  • Parking sensors, the front camera (in the grille or bumper) and painted fender flares change the cut-outs: choose the options that match your car
  • Solid roof or panoramic sunroof: choose the roof option that matches your car
