2018 – 2019
- Two-door coupe with a long sloping roofline and frameless door glass
- S line cars and the S5 share the bumper, hood, side sill and side patterns
- Cars without the S line package have their own front and rear bumpers and side sills
- Headlamp washers, parking sensors, fog lamps and the rear spoiler change the cut: choose them on the kits that carry them
- The 2020 model-year update has new bumpers and is listed as its own body below

RS 5 Coupe (2018–2020, F5)
2018 – 2020
- Wide-bodied RS 5 coupe with a honeycomb grille, flared fenders and large side intakes
- Own bumper, hood, side sill, side and rear bumper patterns; nothing is shared with the A5 or S5 coupe
- Headlamp washers and parking sensors change the cut: choose them on the kits that carry them
A5 Coupe (2020–2024, F5 facelift)
2020 – 2024
- 2020 update of the two-door A5: slimmer headlights, a wider single-frame grille and new front and rear bumpers
- S line cars and the S5 share the bumper, hood, side sill and side patterns
- Cars without the S line package (model year 2020) have their own front and rear bumpers
- Headlamp washers, parking sensors and the rear spoiler change the cut: choose them on the kits that carry them
- Replaced by the new-generation A5; the coupe was not continued
