2017 – 2020
- Diamond pentagon grille with a chrome frame (2017 refresh) and Jewel Eye LED headlights
- LED fog lamps on Advance and with the accessory fog-lamp kit (Acura 2017 press kit); other cars have blank inserts: choose the fog option to match your bumper
- A-Spec (2019–2020) has its own front and rear bumpers, dark grille insert and side sills
- Sport Hybrid shares every panel
- Front and rear parking sensors with the Technology package and up; base cars have none: choose the sensor options
- Roof: a single power moonroof on every car
MDX (2022–2024, fourth generation)
2022 – 2024
- Longer hood and a frameless diamond pentagon grille; slim Jewel Eye headlights with Chicane daytime lights
- LED fog lamps on A-Spec, Advance and Type S (Acura 2022 press kit); base and Technology have blank inserts: choose the fog option
- A-Spec has its own front and rear bumpers, grille insert and side sills; Type S (2022+) has its own bumpers with larger intakes, mesh grille, quad-exhaust rear apron and sills
- Front and rear parking sensors with the Technology package and up: choose the sensor options
- Roof: the panoramic moonroof is standard on every car
- The 2025 refresh went on sale in May 2024; the last new sale of this body is not yet evidenced
MDX (2025+, fourth gen refresh)
2025 onwards
- Refreshed front end with a new diamond pentagon grille and front bumper; revised rear bumper; same headlights and body
- LED fog lamps on A-Spec, Advance and Type S (Acura 2025 specifications); base and Technology have blank inserts: choose the fog option
- A-Spec has its own front and rear bumpers, grille insert and side sills; Type S has its own bumpers, mesh grille, quad-exhaust rear apron and sills
- Front and rear parking sensors with the Technology package and up: choose the sensor options
- Roof: the panoramic moonroof is standard on every car
- On sale in North America from May 2024 (Acura)
