What is HIIT The Gym?
High-Intensity Interval Training program designed to be done with a full set of gym equipment and machines. This 8-week program will build some serious muscle while taking a a layer of fat off the top.
Each workout is 20-30 minutes long and has detailed audio instructions so you don't have to look weird watching a video at the gym. Just pop in some headphones! Form tips and modification options are included to help you get the most out of each workout.
A gym membership will be required, or a decked out home gym or apartment gym with a variety of cable weight machines and dumbbells.
